Coffee Stain is the result of a lot of crazy ideas and passion, and started with the making of Sanctum. We are independent and intends to stay that way. We are not the regular company, and we will not follow the regular path of one. Our goal is to have a lot of fun, while making and publishing great products!

If we have fun making our games, a lot of that positive energy and fun will be reflected in the results. History and character

Now, this is a story all about how our lives got flip-turned upside down and I'd like to take a minute just sit right there I'll tell you how we became the prince of a town called Skövde.

Coffee Stain Studios was founded in 2010. Currently employing 20 awesome persons who all grew up in the gaming community in the 80’s and early 90’s. Passionate and informed about both the gaming industry and the world at large.

Always on the lookout for a challenge. Something new. Something fresh. We're an aspiring lot. We love to pursue the rush from a perfect headshot, the thrill of a beaten high score, the empowerment by a successful strategy or the confidence when a puzzle is beaten!

We are still a small company, and we don’t have any ambitions growing too fast. We are growing, however, slow but steadily!

We like to work in smaller, more focused teams, so that's something you need to be comfortable with. The upsides are that you will have a lot of influence over the project being made, and that’s the way we like it.
